子午流注择时穴位敷贴对膝关节骨性关节炎患者焦虑和生活质量的影响

Effect of midnight- noon ebb- flow of acu- point application on anxiety and quality of life in patients with knee osteoarthritis

目的评价子午流注择时穴位敷贴疗法对膝关节骨性关节炎患者焦虑和生活质量的影响。方法将60例患者随机分为对照组和实验组各30例，对照组实施患处穴位敷贴，实验组实施子午流注择时穴位敷贴。采用焦虑自评量表（SAS）、SF．36健康调查量表（SF-36）评价改善患者焦虑情绪和生活质量的效果。结果干预后实验组SAS得分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义；干预后实验组SF-36的8个维度得分均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义。结论子午流注择时穴位敷贴能有效减轻膝关节骨性关节炎患者的焦虑情绪，提高生活质量，且效果优于患处敷贴组。

Objective To explore the effect of midnight-noon ebb-flow of acu-point application on anxiety and quality of life in patients with knee osteoarthritis. Methods 60 patients were randomly divid- ed into the experimental group and the control group, 30 patients in each. The control group used the af- fected area acu-point patch and the experimental group used flowing acu-point patch. Self-rating Anxiety Scale （SAS）, SF-36 health survey scale were adopted to evaluate the patients anxiety and the quality of life. Results SAS score after the intervention of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group. The eight dimensions of SF-36 scores after the intervention in the experimental group were higher than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusions Midnightnoon ebb-flow of acu-point application can effectively reduce KOA patients anxiety, improve their quality of life, and the effect is better than affected area applicator.
