群众工作的特点及其科学化长效机制

Characteristics of the Mass Work and the Scientific Long-term Mechanism

在新的历史条件下,党的群众工作面临利益诉求多样化、矛盾性质复杂化、阶层互信碎片化、社会发展法治化和互联网应用普及化的挑战。群众工作科学化的长效机制及其构建,应从新时期群众路线科学化的健全和完善党与群众的沟通规则和工作制度、保障人民群众的合法利益、完善科学的群众考评机制并加强对群众的引导等方面着手。

In the new historical conditions, mass work of the Party is facing the challenges of diverse interest demands, complex contradictory nature, hierarchical trust fragmentation, social development of rule of law and Internet application popularization. The long-term mechanism of scientification of mass work and its construction should start from following aspects, perfecting the seientifieation of mass work in the new period and the communication rules and working system, party and mass safeguarding the people＇s lawful rights, improving the scientific evaluation mechanism, and strengthening the guidance of the masses.
