摘要
利用水力学模型试验方法研究了武钢60 t双流连铸中间包的流场特性,分析了各方案的中包特性参数和停留时间分布曲线(RTD曲线),得出了优化方案,并进行了工业试验。结果表明:水模型试验死区体积比Vd由23.63%降至5.33%,平均停留时间Ta达到364.5 s,较现用中包增加了70.5 s,优化后的中包流场更加合理。工业试验结果表明,中间包→铸坯氧化物夹杂物去除率由46.5%提高到71.5%,铸坯洁净度显著提高。
The flow behavior of WISCO 60 t two-strand tundish is investigated by means of water model. Optimized scheme was selected by flow field character analyzing and residence time distribution (RTD) curves analyzing of each scheme. The optimized tundish was tested in industry. The results show that the dead volume Vd of optimized tundish decreases from 23.63 % to 5.33 %. The average residence time T. of optimized tundish increases to 364. 5 s, increased by 70. 5 s compared with the current tundish. Flow field of the optimized tundish is more reasonable and inclusions removing rate of tundish increases from 46. 5 %to 71.5 %, which is better than current tundish. The cleanness of plate has a significant progress.
