摘要
以Fe-Mn、Fe-C和Fe-Mn-C相图为基础,结合锰钢相关研究的文献调研,采用数学计算、物理测试、热态模拟试验以及连铸工业试验等方法研究了第三代汽车钢的液、固相线温度、热膨胀系数、导热系数、黏度、高温力学性能等关键热物性参数,同时分析了冷却过程的相变特征,为该钢种的规模化工业生产提供了参考依据。
Based on phase diagrams of Fe-Mn, Fe-C and Fe-Mn-C, combined with the related research literatures of manganese steel, some key thermal properties and phase transformation characteristics during cooling of the third generation automobile steel have been researched by using the mathematical, physical testing, thermal simulation experiment and industrial test methods including liquid, solidus temperature, thermal expansion coefficient, thermal conductivity, viscosity, high-temperature mechanical properties etc, which can provide references for the large-scale industrial production of the steel.
