2型糖尿病新诊者实施运动和护理干预的效果评价 被引量:33

摘要 目的 观察12周运动+护理干预对新诊2型糖尿病中青年男性患者的治疗效果。方法将60例35~45岁2型糖尿病患者随机分为常规治疗对照组30例和运动+护理干预强化组30例2组,常规治疗对照组遵医嘱行饮食控制和口服降糖药,运动+护理干预强化组在此基础上增加实施运动及护理干预指导。分别于治疗前后测定患者血糖、血脂等指标。结果2组治疗后空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白均显著低于治疗前,而三酰甘油、胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白只在强化组中出现显著低于治疗前的效果。2组治疗前后指标变化差值的比较显示,强化组的餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白和三酰甘油的变化显著高于对照组的变化。结论中青年男性2型糖尿病新诊患者实施运动+护理干预能更高效地纠正疾病引起的糖脂代谢紊乱,延缓疾病的进展,提高患者生命质量。
