摘要
介绍周永明教授辨治免疫性血小板较少症(ITP)的经验。ITP是血液系统常见的出血性疾病,病情反复,迁延难愈,严重影响着患者的生活质量。周永明教授认为该病以"脾肾亏虚为本,火伤血络为标,瘀血内停为变"为主要病机,而立健脾补肾以固本,泻火凉血以治标,活血化瘀以生新三大治疗之法,而尤以健脾补肾泻火之法,为ITP的重要治法。
It is to introduce professor ZHOU Yongming＇s experience for treatment of immune thrombocytopenic （ ITP ） .ITP is a common hemorrhagic and recurrent protracted disease in hematological system, and it seriously affects the quality of life of the patients.Professor ZHOU Yongming thinks the spleen and kidney deficiency as the root and evil fire damaging blood vessels as the representation are the main pathogenesis, and establishes three treatment methods which are to consolidate the spleen and kidney, purge fire to cool blood, promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis to produce new blood.And strengthening spleen and kidney and purging fire is the important treatment method of ITP.
