CHEN Li Treating Acne Patients Treated with Pipa Qingfei Decoction

目的:观察枇杷清肺饮治疗女性痤疮的临床疗效,改善皮损的作用及性激素指标变化。方法:将70例痤疮患者随机分组,治疗组35例使用枇杷清肺饮治疗,对照组35例子一清胶囊治疗,两组治疗前后均做性激素水平检查。8周为1个疗程,1个疗程后观察治疗前后临床症状、皮损变化情况及性激素指标变化。结果:治疗组的总有效率及皮损改善情况均高于对照组,但不具有显著差异(P>0.05)。治疗组用药后T、DHEAs水平有所下降,E_2水平呈升高趋势,与用药前相比有显著差异(P<0.05)。对照组治疗后T、DHEAs与治疗前相比有所下降,有显著差异(P<0.05),E_2值较治疗前相比呈上升趋势,与治疗前相比有显著差异(P<0.05)。两组治疗前T、E_2、DHEAs水平均无差异(P>0.05),具有可比性。两组治疗后T、E_2、DHEAs水平比较,均P>0.05,无统计学意义。结论:枇杷清肺饮、一清胶囊均可改善痤疮临床症状、加快皮损的恢复,值得临床推广。

Objective ： To observe the efficacy of Pipa Qingfei Decoction on the treatment of female acne and its influence on sex hormones. Method ： The study comprised of 70 female acne patients which were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.35 patients in the control group were treated with Yiqing Capsule orally for a mean of 8 weeks.Patients in both treatment and control group were required mandatorily to undergo a sex hormones test, once at the very first time of the treatment and the other after 8 weeks.The symtons, lesions and the sex hormones test results were all recorded. Results ： The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than the rate of the control group, and there was no significant association between these two groups （ P〉0.05 ） .Testosterone and DHEAs in two groups were obviously decreased after 8 weeks, while Estrogen was potentially increasing, and there was significant association before and after treatment.There was no significant association between two groups （P〉0.05）.Conclusion： Both Pipa Qingfei Decoction and Yiqing Capsule have good effect on the lesion of ache and sex hormones as well, and it is recommended in treating acne.
