背景B细胞主要特征为产生抗体和细胞因子,并且具有抗原提呈功能。调节性B细胞作为B细胞的一个重要的特殊功能性亚群,在小鼠自身免疫和炎症模型中起发病和调节作用。目的探讨有关调节性B细胞作用机制的最新研究进展。内容描述调节性B细胞特点和在自身免疫性疾病和肿瘤中的作用。趋向目前仍不能确定调节性B细胞具体的表型,在每一种的病理情况下,调节性B细胞可能存在不同的复杂的细胞网络,控制其调节的活性可能是治疗自身免疫性疾病和肿瘤的一种新方法。
Background B cells are typically characterized by the ability to produce antibodies and eytokines, also possess the ability to present agents. Regulatory B cells, as the B cell functionally distinct subset, performing both pathogenic and regulatory role in several routine models of autoimmunity and inflammation. Objective To discuss the most receutly progress in the role of regulatory B cells. Content This paper sums up the characters of regulatory B cells, and the functions of regulatory B cells in the autoimmune diseases and tumor. Trend Currently, the exact identity and origin of the regulatory B cells remains elusive. The complex cellular network may differ for each pathology. Control of regulatory activity would be an alternative therapy for autoimmune diseases and tumors.
