摘要
本文在服务业中网络信息技术应用情况分析的基础上,对服务供应链的定义及现有文献结构模型的研究进行综述,并确立了网络环境下服务供应链的通用概念及通用结构模型。
In recent years, because of adjustment of the social industrial structure, the proportion of services is gradually increasing, which promotes the study of the Service Supply Chain. On the basis of the existing research on Service Supply Chain, the general concept and general structural model of Service Supply Chain under the network environment have been given in this paper, which can enhance researchers understanding the Service Supply Chain.
