台湾技职教育与大陆高职教育产学合作模式的比较及启示

Comparison and Revelation on Cooperative Education Model of Technical and Vocational Education in Taiwan and Higher Vocational Education in Mainland

近年来台湾的技职教育发展迅速,它倡导校企合作、工学结合、理论联系实际等职业教育理念。本文通过对台湾技职教育与大陆高职教育产学结合的发展现状及其主要模式进行比较,介绍了台湾技职教育产学合作的成功做法,提出了对大陆高职教育产学合作的若干启示:牢固树立产学合作的教育理念、完善产学合作的法律法规、吸引企业参与职业教育事业、以能力为本位设置课程和实现教师来源多样化等。

In recent years, technical and vocational education in Taiwan has grown rapidly because of vocational education concept, such as school-enterprise cooperation, work-study combination and combination of theory and practice was pioneered. This paper puts forward some revelations for mainland university-industry cooperation in higher vocational education by comparing the current situation and main model of university-industry cooperation in technical and vocational education in Talwan and mainland higher vocational education, introducing the successful practices of technical and vocational education in Taiwan. The revelation is to firmly establish the cooperative education idea, perfect the laws and regulations of university-industry cooperation, attract enterprises to participate in the vocational education, and design the curriculum by taking ability as standard and diversify source of faculty.
