高职酒店管理专业校企合作模式优化探索

Enhancing Cooperative Mode between College and Enterprise: An Exploratory Study of Teaching Hotel Management

校企合作是高职院校提高人才培养质量的有效途径之一,然而在实践过程中却存在一些问题。本文通过走访调研,提出了引入"可持续发展"、"满足利益方满意度"和"确保学生的主体地位"等理念优化高职酒店管理专业的校企合作,进一步明确了合作中学校方、酒店方和学生三方的职责,并提出了多方联动完善校企合作机制、学校与酒店多方位多层面进行对接、以赛促建、关注社会服务能力的提升、重视学生"关键能力"的培养并使其得以保证等一些优化校企合作模式的建议。

Cooperation between higher vocational college and enterprise is one of the effective ways of improving teaching quality of students＇ skills; however, there are some issues existed in practice. This study provides several concepts such as ＂sustainable development＂, ＂beneficiaries＇ satisfaction＂ and ＂ensure the dominant position of students＂ to enhance cooperative mode among college, enterprise and the students.In line with this, the responsibility has also been clarified respectively. This study provides several proposals for enhancing cooperative mode between college and enterprise.
