提高大学生就业能力的策略探讨

大学生的就业状况受多种因素影响,其中学生的就业能力问题是造成就业难的根本原因。众所周知,"授人以鱼,不如授人以渔"。高校毕业生的就业工作不是简单地通过求职培训、举办招聘会等渠道促使毕业生实现就业,更重要的是让学生具备终生受用的"就业能力",即让学生真正掌握自主学习,把理论知识转变为职业技能、适应环境变化等多方面的能力。只有这样,才能让学生在毕业后的职业道路上自主调整,从而获得整个职业生涯的成功。本文试从高校学生职业指导与就业工作出发,探讨提高大学生就业能力的策略。

The employment situation of college students is affected by many factors. The prime cause is the employment ability of students. As everyone knows, ＂ Give a man a fish, and you＇ll feed him for a lifetime＇＂. The employment of college graduates is not simply through some channels, job training and job fairs, for example, to promote the realization of employment. It is more important for students to be capable of ＂employability＂ for the career life, which means the students should really master knowledge through making the book knowledge into occupation skills, adapting to the changing environment and other aspects of the ability. Only in this way can make the student adjust himself in the occupation life after graduation, so as to obtain the entire occupation career success. Setting out from the college student occupation guidance and employment work, the authors are going to research the main experience and practice of improving the employment ability of College students.
