摘要
为了检验开发的新型胶凝材料充填料浆的流动性,开展了不同胶砂比和不同质量浓度的全尾砂充填料浆的塌落度、稠度和分层度的试验。试验结果表明,在相同胶砂比、相同质量浓度条件下,新型胶凝材料充填料浆与32.5#水泥充填料浆的流动性相差不大;新型胶凝材料充填料浆能满足管道输送的要求;该新型胶凝材料对全尾砂的固结效果远远超过了水泥。
A neotype cementing material was developed by using industrial residue, and its consolidation on whole- tailings highly exceed that of the cement. Slump test, consistency test and delamination test were carried out on the condition of different cement-sand ratio and different weight concentration in order to detect the liquidity of the neotype cementing ma- terial. The results show that the liquidity of neotype cementing material is as same as that of 32. 5# cement under conditions of the same cement-sand ratio and weight concentration. The filling slurry with neotype cementing materials can meet the re- quirement of pipeline transportation.
