摘要 陕西某低品位钼矿石中主要含钼矿物为辉钼矿,辉钼矿呈微细粒嵌布在脉石矿物中。现场采用一段磨矿—1粗1精2扫、二段磨矿—9精2精扫、中矿顺序返回流程处理该矿石,仅能获得钼品位50%左右、钼回收率80%左右的钼精矿。为进一步改善分选指标,对该矿石进行了选矿新工艺研究。结果表明,采用一段磨矿—1粗1精2扫、二段磨矿—5精2精扫、三段磨矿—4次精选、中矿顺序返回流程处理该矿石,获得的钼精矿钼品位为54.23%、钼回收率为89.70%,精矿指标得到了显著提高。 The main molybdenum mineral in a low-grade molybdenum ore in Shaanxi is molybdenite, and molybdenite was disseminated in gangues in micro-fine particle. Molybdenum concentrate with Mo grade of about 50% and Mo recovery of about 80% was obtained by adopting the process of one-stage grinding-one roughing, one cleaning, two scavenging, and two-stage grinding-nine cleanings and two scavenging-middles back to the flow-sheet in turn, on site. In order to further im- prove the separation indexes, the technical conditions tests on beneficiation of this ore were studied. The results showed mo- lybdenum concentrate with Mo grade of 54. 23% and Mo recovery of 89.70% was gained by the process of one-stage grind- ing-one roughing, one cleaning, two scavenging, and two-stage grinding-five cleanings, two scavenging of the concentrate, three-stage grinding-tree cleaning-middles back to the flow-sheet in turn. Thus, the final concentrate index has been signifi- cantly improved.
