摘要
本文利用火焰图像探测器和相应的计算机组成的温度场可视化系统,在热气机上进行了燃烧室内三维温度场可视化研究。图像采集系统首先在黑体炉上进行了标定,标定后系统的最大温度测量误差小于5%.现场检测实验结果表明,高功率下燃烧室内最高温度为2316 K,平均温度1598 K;低功率下最高温度为2202 K,平均温度1437 K;三维温度场检测温度随热气机功率的变化趋势与热电偶所测结果随功率变化趋势相一致。
A system of three-dimensional temperature field visualization consisting of flame image detectors and a computer system was proposed, it was used to measure three-dimensional temperature distributions of combustion chamber of a stirling engine. Flame detectors were calibrated on blackbody furnace and the maximum temperature measurement error was less than 5%. Experimental results showed that the maximum and mean temperatures in the combustion chamber were 2316 K and 1596 K with higher power, and 2202 K and 1437 K with lower power, respectively. The results from three-dimensional visualization system agreed with those from thermocouple measurements under two different power of the stirling engine.
