摘要
结合漳河水库中长期优化调度中发电、灌溉需求的特点,以多年平均发电量和年灌溉保证率最大为目标,以发电保证率为约束,建立了漳河水库多目标中长期优化调度模型。针对遗传算法种群初始化出现不可行解集的问题,运用改进的NSGA-Ⅱ进行求解,得出了调度决策方案,并进一步探讨了合理装机容量的选定。结果表明,利用该方法可有效地求解水库多目标中长期优化问题,对电站合理装机容量的选定提供了新的思路。
Considering power generation and irrigation needs in the medium or long-term optimal scheduling of Zhanghe Reservoir, the optimal scheduhng model is estabhshed that takes annual generated energy and irrigation guarantee rate as the objective and the generated guarantee rate as limiting condition., In order to avoid the unfeasible population initialization of genetic algorith, the model is solved by improved NSGA- Ⅱ and strategies are given after analyzing the result. This method for solving reservoir multi-objective optimization problem, enough and uniformly distributed Pareto front end can be achieved, which can effectively solve the multi-objec- tive reservoir and long-term scheduling problem.
