引水式小水电建设对河流生态环境影响较大,部分河流甚至断流,对流域水生生态影响日益突出,尤其是鱼类生态环境。以红河流域右岸某支流为例,对支流1级电站鱼类生态环境进行调查研究,结合支流流域现状及鱼类生态环境现状,并结合工程特点进行工程建设中对鱼类生态环境的影响研究,同时对相应的保护措施进行了探讨。
