摘要
为解决在某些恶劣环境下工业现场设备布线难的问题,本系统设计了一种以MSP430F149为控制芯片和通用蓝牙芯片GC-02为传输介质的多路传感器数据传输系统。本设计由基于蓝牙模块的数据传输设备和蓝牙接入设备搭建了一套用于工业控制领域的多路传感器数据传输系统,给出了该蓝牙数据传输系统具体的硬件和软件设计,并分析验证了实验结果。
To solve the problem of the difficult wiring of the industrial field device in the harsh environments,a multiple sensor data transmission system using MSP430F149 as the main controlling chip and universal Bluetooth chip GC-02 for transmission medium is introduced in this paper.The multichannel sensor Bluetooth set is composed of the data transmission equipment based on the Bluetooth module and Bluetooth access equipment,using in the industrial controlling field.And the specific design of the hardware and software on the Bluetooth data transmission system is given,the experimental results are analyzed and validated.
