摘要 通过SPF鸡胚接种,自疑似病毒性关节炎青脚麻鸡的关节液中分离出一株病毒。采用PCR获得了该病毒的S1基因部分序列,该序列与GenBank中7个禽呼肠孤病毒(ARV)代表性分离株的相应基因序列进行同源性分析结果表明,扩增序列与所比较序列同源性在80.5%-98.0%之间,表明所分离病毒为ARV(命名为ARV—AH11株)。该毒株接种1日龄SPF鸡,可引起严重的生长不良和部分鸡脚爪变形,且攻毒组鸡ARV抗体均为阳性(抗体效价平均为1:2007.1)。 A virus was isolated from the joint fluid of sick chickens with arthrosis and tenosynovitis in Anhui province. The partial sequence of SI gene of the virus was amplified by PCR and compared with the nucleotide sequences of seven avian reovirus (ARV) strains in GenBank database. The virus had 80.5% to 98.0% sequence identity to the reference ARVs. The results revealed the isolated virus was ARV (named as ARV-AHll). The SPF chickens of one day age were challenged with ARV-AH11. The challenge group displayed a significant reduction in growth rates on 30, 37 and 44 days post-infection, and the feet of partial chickens were distorted. In addition, ARV antibody of challenged chikens were positive on 14 days post-infection.
