摘要 实验课程教学在培养复合型和创新型人才中具有不可替代的重要作用,为适应当代学科的交叉发展趋势,培养21世纪高素质创新型的生物学人才。在传统教学模式下,学生的注意力通常集中在实验操作上,对于理解原理、方法比较、结果分析讨论的参与性不高,缺乏动手做实验的兴趣;因而所开实验基本上是最为经典的实验,不能够全面展示新方法和新技术。本项目拟对《环境微生物学》实验教学在教学方法上进行改革,通过设置1~2项综合性强的实验项目,引进以问题为基础PBL(中文)的教学模式,把传统的经典的内容与新知识、新方法有机的结合起来进行教学,培养学生主动学习、主动思索、主动解决问题的能力,充分挖掘开发学生的潜能和创造性,将PBL模式应用于《环境微生物学》的实验教学中,激发学生主动学习的积极性,提高学生的综合思维能力和动手能力,达到提升实验教学的层次和水平。 The experiment teaching plays an irreplaceable important role in euhivating and innovative talents, in order to adapt to the development trend of contemporary crossdiscipline, biological talents of high-quality innovativetwenty-first Century. In the traditional teaching mode, the student~ attention is usually focused on the experimentaloperation, to understand the principle, method, resuhanalysis and discussion of the participation is not high, lack of hands-on experimental interest; therefore the experimentbasically is the most classic experiment, not be able to fully demonstrate the new method and new technology. This project intends to Environmental Microbiology ex- perimental teaching reform in teaching methods, by setting the I - 2 comprehensive experimental projects, the introduction of problem based teaching mode of PBL, thenew method of traditional classical content and newknowledge, the organic combination of teaching, to cultivate students" ability of active learning, active thinking, take the initiative to solve problems, to fully tap the potential of students and the development of creative experimental teaching, the application of PBL model for "Environmental Microbiology" in, stimulate the en- thusiasm of students, improve students'comprehensive thinking ability and practical ability, to improve the level and quality of experimen- tal teaching.
