摘要 根是植物在进化过程中适应陆生环境的产物。根系的生长和发育是一个极其复杂的生物学过程,受多种因素的影响和调控。膨胀素是调控根系发育的一类重要的细胞壁松弛蛋白。概述了膨胀素基因家族的结构及功能,从生物力学角度重点论述了膨胀素对细胞壁力学性能及植物根系生长发育的影响,为深入了解植物根系的发生、发育及其调控机制提供依据。 Root system is essential for plants to adapt to hostile terrestrial environment in evolutionary process. The growth and development of root system is a complicated biological progress with various factors involved. Among them, expansins are cell wall-loosening proteins that play critical roles in plant growth and development. This review focused on the effects of expansins on plant growth and development from the perspective of biomechanics based on the structure and function of expansins. It could provide new insights into the molecular mechanisms underlying formation and development of plant root system.
