On Basic Connotation of the Logic of Capital

资本逻辑乃是物化的生产关系的资本自身矛盾运动的规律。物化劳动是资本逻辑产生的根源,而资本权力通过生产资料对劳动力的支配是资本逻辑的基础,它在社会经济生活中转化为两种力量,从而构成资本逻辑的两个方面:一是推动生产力系统不断扩张与发展的社会关系动力,二是由资本扩张悖论所产生的阻力,由此构成了资本逻辑的内在矛盾,形成资本主义生产方式的历史发展规律。资本逻辑具有资本的三大层次上的三种表现形态:一是资本逻辑的本质形态——物质生产层次的资本逻辑的物化形态;二是市场交换层次的资本逻辑的货币形态;三是资产证券化层次的资本逻辑的虚拟形态。

The logic of capital touches the rule of contradictory movement of capital of materialized production relationship, and results from materialized labor. The dominance of capital power over labor through means of production forms the base of the logic of capital and transforms into two kinds of power in social economic life, thus composing two aspects of the logic of capital, namely one is the dynamic force of social relation promoting the con- stant expansion and development of production system and the other is the resistance pro- duced by the paradox of capital expansion, thereby composing the inner contradiction of the logic of capital and forming the historical development rule of capitalist mode of production. The logic of capital has three manifestations at three levels of capital： the first is the essence of the logic of capital, namely materialized form of the logic of capital at the level of material production, the second is monetary form of the logic of capital at the level o{ market exchange, and the third is fictitious form of the logic of capital at the level of assets securitization.
