基于知识服务的高校图书馆图书采访“双驱”创新模式研究

" Dual-Drive " Innovation Model Research into Books Interviewsof University Libraries Based on the Knowledge Service

知识服务成为高校图书馆为用户提供服务的新的增长点,而图书采访恰恰是为知识服务提供"源知识"的关键要素。目前,国内外图书馆开创了诸多的图书采访模式(如PDA模式、读者采访模式、学科馆员模式等)。文章在分析了知识服务需求的基础上,比较了已有采访模式的特点,提出用户与馆员双驱动的创新模式。

Knowledge service became a new growth point to provide users of university library,and Books interviews for the knowledge services to provide the ＂source of knowledge＂ is the key element,domestic li braries created a lot of interviews models such as electronic resources PDA mode,the reader interview mode,subject librarian mode,etc.This paper analyzes the demand for knowledge services,and compares the existing interview mode,then put forward the users and librarians dual-drive innovation model.
