结合我国目前的经济环境和场外交易市场现状,本文对场外交易市场的概念进行了深度的诠释和界定,指出我国场外交易市场亟待解决的问题、最新动态,并探讨提出了我国场外交易市场构建和发展的政策建议等重点问题。
The paper focuses on combining with our country＇s current economic environment and the status quo of the OTC market,the depth of interpretation and definition,and points out that the problems urgently to be solved in the OTC market in China,and the latest trends,and puts forward policy suggestions on the development of OTC markets.
