乳腺浸润性导管癌中CRABPⅡ和E-FABP的表达及其意义 被引量:4

摘要 目的观察细胞视黄酸结合蛋白Ⅱ(cellular retinoic acid-binding proteinⅡ,CRABPⅡ)和表皮型脂肪酸结合蛋白(epidermal fatty acid-binding protein,E-FABP)在乳腺浸润性导管癌(invasive ductal carcinoma,IDC)中的表达,探讨其与乳腺IDC临床病理特征的关系。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测43例正常乳腺组织、152例乳腺IDC原发组织以及93例淋巴结转移癌组织中CRABPⅡ和E-FABP的表达。结果 CRABPⅡ在正常乳腺组织中的阳性率高于乳腺IDC(P<0.05);E-FABP在乳腺IDC中的阳性率高于正常乳腺组织(P<0.05),其在乳腺IDC中的表达与肿瘤的转移有关(P<0.05),单因素和多因素生存分析均提示E-FABP阳性组的患者预后差(P<0.05)。结论 CRABPⅡ表达的减弱或缺失、E-FABP表达的增强可能与乳腺IDC的发生和演进相关;E-FABP阳性表达提示预后不良,对IDC患者预后的评估有一定价值。 Purpose To study the expression and significance of CRABP 11 and E-FABP in breast invasive ductal carcinoma (IDC). Methods CRABP I1 and E-FABP proteins were detected in 43 cases of normal breast tissues, 152 cases of primary IDC and 93 cases of lymph node metastases by SP method of immunohistochemical staining. Results The positive expression rate of CRABP U in normal breast tissue was higher than that in IDC (P 〈 O. 05), while the positive expression rate of E-FABP in IDC was higher than that in nor- mal breast tissue (P 〈 0. 05 ). The expression level of E-FABP in IDC was relevant to metastasis ( P 〈 O. 05), and the positive expres- sion of E-FABP predict worse prognosis based on single and multivariate survival analysis ( P 〈 O. 05 ). Conclusions Reduced or ab- sent CRABP I1 expression and increased E-FABP expression may be involved in carcinogenesis and progression of IDC. The E-FABP expression is negatively related to the prognosis of IDC patients. We propose that E-FABP may serve as a prognostic biomarker for IDC.
