摘要 患者男性，45岁。因发现双侧腋下及阴囊皮肤多个结节1年入院。血常规及生化检查正常。B超示：双侧腋下及阴囊多个结节，直径0．5～1．9cm，界欠清；甲状腺右叶占位，
