摘要
以射干中提取分离所得的鸢尾苷为透明质酸酶(HAase)抑制剂,采用Elson-Morgan改良法测定鸢尾苷对HAase的抑制作用,并用荧光光谱法研究鸢尾苷对HAase的作用机制。研究结果表明,鸢尾苷对HAase有明显的抑制作用,抑制率达到81.2%;鸢尾苷对HAase具有荧光猝灭作用,猝灭方式为静态猝灭。
Inhibitory effects of tectoridin extracted from Belamcanda chinensis on the activity of hyaluronidase （HAase） were determined with Elson-Morgan modified method. Inhibitory mechanism of HAase was studied by fluorescence spectroscopy. The results showed that tectoridin could obviously inhibit the activity of HAase, and inhibition rate reached 81.2%. Fluorescence of HAase was quenched by tectoridin with static quenching.
