摘要
近年来,信息公平问题已经成为信息社会所面临的普遍性问题,日渐受到社会各界的关注。公共图书馆具有推动信息公平的职能,但受到以下因素的制约:人文关怀与和谐包容不够、信息公平理念的信仰不足、公共服务体系不够普遍、缺乏消除数字鸿沟的资源、信息服务方式较为传统。公共图书馆应加强人文关怀,实现理念回归;构建服务体系,打造服务软实力;整合服务内容,突破人才瓶颈,以发挥其信息公平职能。
In recent years, the problem of the information equity has become a widespread problem in the information society, it gets the increasingly attention of all quanters of society. Public libraries have the function of promoting the information equity, but the function is restricted by following factors： lack of humanistic care and harmonious tolerance, insufficient faith of the information fair concept, the unwidespread public service system, lack of resources to eliminate the digital divide, the traditional information service mode. Public libraries should strengthen humanistic care and achieve the concept regression; build the service system and build the service soft power; integrate the service content and break through the talent bottleneck, in order to play its information equity function.
