东盟信息资源共建共享策略研究

Researches on Co-Construction and Sharing Strategies of Information Resources in Association of Southeast Asian Nations

我国的东盟信息资源广泛分布于公共、科研、高校三大图书馆系统。各高校图书馆的东盟信息资源建设因教学、科研需求不同而存在差异。目前,我国尚无东盟信息资源的专项合作,系统内、跨系统的东盟信息资源共享逐步开展,但共享基础薄弱、统筹规划不足,导致资源与服务利用率不高。高校图书馆应加强东盟信息资源建设的合作,建立东盟学科联盟,明确定位,建立健全管理运行机制,优化合作建设方案,完善资源服务体系,加强宣传和评价。

Information resources of Association of Southeast Asian Nations （ASEAN） are widely distributed in three library systems of public, scientific researches and universities. Information resources constructions of ASEAN in university libraries are differences due to different needs of the teaching and research. Now, our country has not the special cooperation with information resources of ASEAN. Information resources sharing of ASEAN have developed progressively in the in＇side system and cross system,but its weak sharing foundation and lack of overall planning lead to low utilization rate of resources and services. University libraries should strengthen the constructing cooperation of information resources of ASEAN, establish the ASEAN discipline alliance, clear the position, establish and perfect the management operation mechanism, optimize the cooperation construction scheme, improve the resource service system, strengthen the propaganda ancl evaluation.
