国内外电子图书长期保存现状研究

Research on the Status Quo of the Long-Term Preservation of E-Books at Home and Abroad

电子图书作为图书馆信息资源的重要组成部分,具有重要的保存价值。目前,由于电子图书在内容格式、版权归属、数字版权管理方面存在特殊性,阻碍了图书馆电子图书长期保存进程。因此,图书馆电子图书长期保存需首先关注以下问题:电子图书格式多样,难以统一;版权归属不清晰,很难获取保存权;数字版权管理制约内容获取。

As the important part of library information resources, the e-book has important preservation values. Currently, the e-book has characteristics in content formats, the copyright ownership and the digital right management, it hinders the process of the long-term preservation of e-books in libraries. Therefore, the long-term preservation of e-books in libraries should focus on following issues： the multiplex e-book format is difficult to unity,the nuclear copyright ownership is difficult to get the preservation right, the digital right management restricts the access to the content acquisition.
