摘要
在十二水合硫酸铁铵催化下 ,由乳酸和正丁醇发生酯化反应合成了乳酸正丁酯。实验考察了该催化剂催化酯化合成乳酸正丁酯的醇酸比、催化剂用量、反应时间、反应温度诸因素对酯化率的影响。实验表明 :NH4Fe(SO4) 2 ·1 2H2 O是合成乳酸正丁酯的良好催化剂。最佳反应条件为 :醇酸物质的量比 2 .2 5∶1 ,催化剂的用量为反应物料总量的2 .5 % ,酯化反应时间为 1 .5h ,反应温度 1 1 0~ 1 2 5℃ ,酯化率可达 95 .0 %。
The n butyl lactate was synthesied by the esterification of lactic acid and n butyl alcohol in presence of ammonium ferric sulfate dodecahydrate NH 4Fe(SO 4) 2·12H 2O,and the factor influencing on the yield of reaction were discussed.It showed that the ammonium ferric sulfate dodecahydrate was an excellent catalyst,the yield of the n butyl lactate could reach over 95.0% under molar ratio of n butyl alcohol and lactic acid 2.25∶1,the reaction temperature of 110~125℃,reaction time of 1.5 h and amount of the ammonium ferric sulfate dodecahydrate catalyst of 2.5%.
