摘要
采用电化学法制备氧化亚铜粉末 ,研究了电解液组成及其浓度、温度以及电流密度等因素对氧化亚铜产品质量的影响 ,得到了电化学法制备氧化亚铜的优化工艺条件 :c(NaCl) =2 6 0~ 2 90 g·l-1,c(NaOH) =0 .1~ 1 .0 g·l-1(pH=1 1 .1~ 1 2 .1 ) ,电解温度 :80~ 85℃ ,电流密度 5 0 0~ 1 0 0 0A·m-2 。对影响产品质量的原因进行了分析和探讨。
Cuprous oxide powder is produced by electrochemical method.The effect of operating conditions such as the concentration and temperature of electrolyte,anode current density on the quality of cuprous oxide is studied.The optimum conditions for preparing cuprous oxide by electrochemical process are determined: c (NaCl)=240 g·l -1 , c (NaOH)=0.1~1.0 g·l -1 (pH=11.1~12.1),temperature:80~85℃,anode current density:500~1500 A·m -2 .The reason worsen the production is analyzed and discussed.
