Surveillance analysis on influenza in Luoyang from 2010 to 2012

摘要 目的分析洛阳市流行性感冒流行特征,探讨流感病毒亚型的变化,为制定防控措施提供依据。方法对洛阳市2010-2012年流感监测年度的流感样病例(influenza like illness,ILI)监测资料、病原学监测结果进行分析。结果2010年4月至2012年3月共报告ILI 24 805例,其门急诊就诊百分比为4.41%,发病人群以15岁以下儿童为主。共采集ILI标本2 974份,病毒核酸检测阳性270份,阳性率为9.08%。细胞培养病毒分离血凝检测阳性毒株36株,分离阳性率为9.73%,其中B型Victoria 26株,B型Yamagate 6株,季节性H3 3株,甲型H1N1 1株。结论洛阳市流感流行的高发季节是冬春季,流行优势株为季节性H3和B型。 Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of influenza in Luoyang and discuss the circulation of subtype influenza viruses,so as to provide evidence for prevention and control of influenza.Methods The analysis was conducted on the surveillance and etiological detection data of influenza like illness(ILI) in Luoyang from 2010 to 2012.Results A total of 24 805 ILI cases were reported from April of 2010 to March of 2012.The ILI cases accounted for 4.41% of the total outpatient and emergency visits,and the ILI cases were mainly children younger than 15 years old.Totally 2 974 samples were collected from ILI cases,in which 270 were positive in influenza virus nucleic acid detection,and the positive rate was 9.08%.36 strains of influenza virus were isolated,including 26 strains of B virus / Victoria lineage,6 strains of B virus / Yamagate lineage,3 strains of seasonal A(H3) virus and 1 strain of A(H1N1) virus.The positive rate was 9.73%.Conclusions The seasonality of influenza virus circulation was obvious in Luoyang,the incidence peak periods were in winter and spring.Seasonal A(H3) virus and B virus were the predominant strains.
