2007-2011年广州市毒蘑菇中毒流行病学调查分析 被引量:14

Epidemiological Investigation and analysis of mushroom poisoning accident in Guangzhou City from 2007 to 2011.

摘要 目的掌握广州市毒蘑菇中毒的发生规律及流行病学特点,为预防毒蘑菇中毒事件发生提供依据。方法采用描述性流行病学方法,对2007-2011年广州市毒蘑菇中毒事件相关资料进行分析。结果 2007-2011年广州市共发生毒蘑菇中毒27起,中毒83人,死亡4人。中毒人群以外来民工为主,中毒事件发生次数最多为9月份,其次是3月和4月。致毒菇种主要为致命白毒伞、铅绿褶菇和灰花纹鹅膏。引起中毒人员死亡的毒菇为灰花纹鹅膏菌和致命白毒伞。结论加强有针对性的宣传教育,提高群众的防范意识,是防止毒蘑菇中毒事件发生的良好对策。 Objective To master the epidemiological feature and trend of mushroom poisoning accident in Guangzhou from 2007 to 2011.Methods The data of concerning mushroom poisoning in Guangzhou from 2007 to 2011 were analyzed by descriptive epidemiological method.Results There were total 27 reporting cases of mushroom poisoning accidents including 83 people in which 4 people died Poisonous people were mainly migrant workers.Most mushroom poisoning accidents occured in September,second in March and April.Poisonous mushroom were amanita exitialis,chlorophyllum and amanita fuliginea.The poisonous mushrooms causing death were amanita fuliginea and amanita exitialis.Conclusions Strengthening the targeted propaganda education and raising people's awareness were good countermeasures to prevent the mushroom poisoning.
