摘要
目的了解大连市医疗机构内镜消毒效果现状,以提高医院内镜消毒与灭菌质量。方法通过现场调查和抽样检测方法对市内23所医疗机构内镜室进行调查。结果共检测内镜样本145份,合格率为80.00%。其中2010-2012年合格率分别为77.08%、76.92%、86.67%。结论大连市医疗机构消化内镜消毒质量偏低,应加强内镜消毒管理,确保内镜消毒质量。
Objective To learn the disinfection quality of hospitals in dalian city,so as to improve the disinfection quality of endoscopes in hospitals.Methods A total of 23 medical institutions were investigated on endoscopes by field investigation and sampling method.Results 145 samples were tested,and the eligibility rate was 80.00%.The eligibility rate from 2010 to 2012 was 77.08%,76.92% and 86.67%,respectively.Conclusions The disinfection quality of digestive endoscopes in general hospitals was low,thus we should enhance the management and ensure the disinfection quality of endoscope.
