Evaluation of uncertainty in content determination of urinary fluoride of workers

目的对作业人员尿氟测定进行不确定度评定。方法通过分析尿中氟的离子选择电极测定方法,找出引起测量不确定度的来源并对其进行量化。结果用本方法测定作业人员尿氟的扩展不确定度为0.020mg/L。结论尿氟测定的测量不确定度校准曲线拟合贡献最大,其次是标准物质本身和标准系列配制的贡献较大。

Objective To evaluate the uncertainty in content determination of urinary fluoride of workers.Methods The electrode method was chosen by analyzing urinary fluoride ion.The source of the uncertainty was found and quantified.Results The expanded uncertainty was 0.020mg / L by using this method for the determination of urinary fluoride of workers.Conclusions The contribution of calibration fitting curve was the largest,followed by the standard material itself and the standard series.
