摘要
以聚氨酯为基料、导电云母粉为导电填料制备了双组分聚氨酯导静电防腐涂料。研究了导电填料的添加量、基材、涂膜厚度、浸油时间对该涂料的表面电阻率的影响,同时采用电化学阻抗谱等方法探讨了涂料对金属基材的防腐蚀行为。
In this paper, the two-component polyurethane anti-corrosion static conductive coatings was prepared based on polyurethane and conductive mica filler. The test results let to better insight into the influence of the conductive filler dosage, substrate, film thickness, and immersion time on coating surface resistivity. The corrosion protection on steel painted by the coatings was investigated by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS).
