摘要
针对某330 MW汽轮发电机组发电机氢气干燥器冷却效果差,出口氢气温度超标等问题,在介绍该氢气干燥器结构和工作原理的基础上,对设备运行现状和故障进行了深入分析,并设计了具体改进优化措施,改进实施后氢温数据说明了该方案的合理性和有效性。
The low cooling performance of the hydrogen dryer and the substandard temperature of the outlet hydrogen are analyzed in this work. The structure and operating principle of the hydrogen dryer are firstly introduced, and then through deeply analyzing the operating condition and the fault, some detailed optimization measures are proposed. The proposed measures are proved to be reasonable and effective by the experimental data.
