介绍了合同能源管理模式的基本内容和特点,结合某电厂闭式水泵高效节能泵改造,给出了能源管理模式改造方案,运行结果表明该方案投资少,风险低、节能效率高,为其他公司同类型设备改造提供参考模型。

Characteristics and main content of the Energy Performance Contracting （EMC） are introduced in this paper. By employing the closed water pump retrofit project performed in one power plant as an example, this paper also presents the detailed implementation scheme. The results show that the cost and risk of this scheme are low, while the efficiency is high. This work can provide valuable reference for other similar equipment.
