摘要
房地产投资波动与经济周期存在一定的相关性，本文根据我国的有关数据，认定量和定性两方面对我国的实际情况进行分析。
This paper expounds the relahvity between the fluctuation of real estate investment and ecomic cy-cle in China by qualitative and quanhtative analysis based on data, proves the relativity by the use of reativityanalysis, and researehes the mechanism interachng on each other.
