美国教师教育的十大趋势及启示 被引量:3

摘要 20世纪80年代中期以来,美国对教师教育的重要性有了新的认识,具体表现为三个方面,一是认为它是提升学生成就的关键,二是认为它是提升教师地位的核心,三是认为它是确保国家地位的基础。在这些新认识的推动下,美国对教师教育进行了系列富有创见的改革。这些改革主要体现在美国教师教育研究专家考克兰-史密斯所描述的教师教育发展的十大趋势之中。这些趋势对我国教师教育的改革具有四个重要的启示:在制度合理性和专业理性之间保持一种张力;突出专业性组织在教师教育中的作用;加强大学和中小学的合作;加强对教师教育的评价与评估。 Since the mid--1980s, American teacher education has gained new understandings. This is vital for the success of the students and the stature of teachers, in addition to the security of the state. Therefore, a series of creative reforms have been carried out on teacher education. Marilyn Cochran Smiths describes the reforms as ten trends, which may have four implications on the development of teacher educa- tion in China.
