商学院教学与实践能力培养模式探析 被引量:2

A new model of competency education in business schools

摘要 随着市场经济与经济全球化的快速发展,传统的商科人才培养模式已不适应当今社会经济发展的新要求,并已成为高等商科教育进一步发展的障碍。构建新的商学院教学与实践能力培养模式,不仅要转变观念,制定差异化的培养目标,而且要在课程体系与教学内容、考试制度与评估方式、教学方式与办学方式等方面进行一系列的改革。 With the speedy development of economy and globalization, the traditional business school education comes across challenges. So the new model of education requires dimensional reforms of the con cepts, objectives, curriculum, testing systems, evaluation and ways of teaching.
