摘要
师范生教育实习是师资培养的重要环节,是提升各级师范院校教育质量的措施与途径。本文分析河北师范大学第16期顶岗支教教学总结,展现顶岗生的教学情景和教学收获,分析他们从第一课到高效课堂的教学心理路程。
While teaching practice is pivotal for the teachers university, it is also a significant measure to promote the teaching qualities of all levels of teacher education. This article sums up the experiences of the 16 in-time teaching practices of Hebei Normal University, aimed at revealing the achievements of the students.
