摘要
目的进一步研究老年肱骨近端骨折治疗中锁定钢板的治疗疗效。方法收集了2008年1月至2012年1月来我院进行老年肱骨骨折的32例患者的临床资料进行详细研究,并对其进行锁定钢板治疗。结果手术效果15例优,12例良,4例可,1例差,总优良率为84.3%。手术后对上述患者随访半年-1年半时间,平均约为14.2月。通过X线片显示上述患者骨性全部愈合,无骨折移位现象,无内固定松动或骨折不愈等情况,1例患者部分肱骨头坏死。结论老年肱骨近端骨折治疗中锁定钢板的治疗效果明显,安全可靠。
Objective To study the clinical effect of locking plate on fractures of the proximal humerus in the aged.Methods A collection of 32 cases clinical information from January 2008 to January 2012 in our hospital for fractures of the proximal humerus,treated with locking plate.Results The results of operations： 27 cases excellent,4 cases middle level,1case poor,the overall rate was 84.3%.The above patients were followed up for six months or 1.5 years,the average period was 14.2 months.Through the x-ray,all these bones showed healing phenomenon,no fracture displacement,without internal fixation loosening or fracture,1 case of part necrosis in humerus head.Conclusions The application of locking plate in treatment of proximal humerus fractures in the aged can get significant treatment effects,which is safe and reliable.
