米索前列醇和阿托品在无痛人流中的应用

Application of Misoprostol and Atropine in painless induced abortion

目的探讨采用米索前列醇和阿托品在无痛人流中的具体应用,分析其临床意义。方法选择从2012年1月至2013年1月期间在笔者所在单位行无痛人流的本市220例孕妇,按照随机原则分为两组,分别是实验组和对照组,实验组患者术前使用米索前列醇片,术中应用阿托品,对照组患者不采取该措施,对比两组患者人流综合征及术后镇痛效果。结果实验组患者术后血压下降、心率减慢及呼吸减慢等发生率低于对照组,且术后疼痛效果好于对照组,差异有统计意义。结论在无痛人流术中给予患者米索前列醇和阿托品,不仅能有效预防人流综合征的发生,还能减轻患者术后疼痛,临床值得推广及应用。

Objective To explore the application of Misoprostol combined with Atropine in painless artificial abortion,to analyze its clinical significance.Methods We selected 220 cases of pregnant women during the period from January 2012 to January 2013 in the unit for painless artificial abortion,randomly divided into two groups： experimental group and control group respectively,the use of Misoprostol tablets group before the experiment,application of atropine in the operation,patients in the control group did not take the measures,analgesic effect comparison two groups of patients with induced abortion syndrome and postoperative.Results The blood pressure dropped,the experimental group patients decreased heart rate and breathing slowed down,the occurrence rate of lower than that of the control group,and the postoperative pain was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusions Patients with Misoprostol and Atropine in painless abortion can not only effectively prevent the occurrence of induced abortion syndrome,but also reduce postoperative pain,has the clinical worth of popularization and application.
