老年患者肝移植术后早期腹胀的原因分析与护理

Analysis on causes of early abdominal distension after transplantation of liver and nursing care of elderly patients

目的探讨老年患者肝移植术后早期腹胀的原因与护理对策。方法回顾性分析总结我院2007年1月至2013年2月42例老年患者肝移植术后早期腹胀的主要原因与护理措施。结果本组患者发生腹胀的时间为术后2~7 d,平均为（3.9±1.2）d,手术因素、麻醉作用、术后疼痛的影响、腹腔积液、积气等是老年肝移植术后早期腹胀的原因,经对症处理与加强护理后均可缓解。结论腹胀是老年肝移植术后早期常见的症状之一。导致腹胀的原因较多,及时进行原因分析与护理干预,是减轻患者的痛苦,促进舒适与恢复的关键。

Objective To investigate the causes and the nursing interventions of abdominal distension in elderly patients early after liver transplantation.Methods We retrospectively analyzed the main causes and the nursing interventions of 42 cases of abdominal distension in elderly patients early after liver transplantation from January,2007 to February,2013 in our hospital.Results Abdominal distention was occurred 2 ~ 7D after operation（3.9 ± 1.2D）.The causes of abdominal distension includes： operation factors,anesthesia,postoperative pain,ascites,intestinal pneumatosis.Symptoms were relieved after symptomatic treatment and nursing.Conclusions Abdominal distension is one of the common symptoms of senile patients early after liver transplantation.Timely analysis of the causes and nursing intervention of abdominal distension are the keys to alleviate the suffering and to promote recovery of patients.
