下肢深静脉血栓预防评估表在危重症患者中的应用效果观察

Effect of prevention assessment table for lower extremity deep venous thrombosis on critically ill patients

目的 探讨下肢深静脉血栓（LEDVT）预防评估表在危重症患者中的应用价值.方法 选择2011年1-12月进行治疗的危重症患者作为对照组,2012年1-12月进行治疗的危重症患者作为观察组.对照组应用传统护理措施,观察组在传统护理措施的基础上应用LEDVT危险因素评估表.比较两组患者的护理效果及满意度.结果 观察组患者的下肢肿胀疼痛、LEDVT发生率分别为10.4％,1.9％,均低于对照组患者的21.4％,8.9％,差异均有统计学意义（x2分别为4.935,5.192;P ＜0.05）；观察组患者的护理满意度高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义（Z =3.105,P＜0.01）.结论 应用LEDVT预防评估表可以有效降低危重症患者的LEDVT发生率,提高护理质量.

Objective To explore the application value of prevention assessment table for lower extremity deep venous thrombosis （LEDVT） in critically ill patients.Methods The critically ill patients in our hospital for treatment from 2011 January to 2011 December were the control group,and the critically ill patients in our hospital for treatment from 2012 January to 2012 December were the observation group.The control group used traditional nursing measures while the observation group received risk assessment scale of LEDVT in addition.Nursing effect and patients＇ satisfaction were compared between two groups.Resutlts The incidence rate of lower limb swelling and pain as well as LEDVT were respectively 10.4％ and 1.9％ in the observation group,both lower than 21.4％ and 8.9％ in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant （x2 =4.935,5.192,respectively; P ＜ 0.05）.Patients＇ satisfaction rate was also higher in the observation group than in the control group,with statistically significant difference （Z =3.105,P ＜0.01）.Condusious Prevention assessment table for lower extremity deep venous thrombosis can reduce the incidence rate of LEDVT effectively,and improve the quality of nursing care.
