Law of Domestic Relations Should Regulate Marriage Contract

:婚约是现实社会生活中客观存在的普遍现象 ,现行法放弃规范婚约实乃失误 ,致使婚约关系游离于法律规范 ,造成不应有的秩序失控 ,本文就婚约合理存在的机理展开讨论 ,指出规制婚约的必要 ,并提出了规制的设计。

Marriage contract is a common phenomenon in reality. It is a fault for the present laws to abandon the regular marriage contract. This fauclt causes the marriage contract relationship beyond the rules and regulations and out of the control of order. This paper deals with the mechanism of the reasonable marriage contract, points out the necessity of regulating the marriage contract and works out the regulating programs for the reference of legislation and revision of laws.
