摘要
文章提出了北仑现代农业综合开发区的定位、选址、功能区划分、运作模式、融资方式、政策选择 等问题的解决方法。
In this paper, the orientation, building site, functional division, operation mode, financing and policies of establishing the modern agricultural developing zone of Beilun district are suggested.
