摘要
试验证明:富氧的使用,改善了新型干法水泥窑窑头用煤的燃烧状况,降低用煤量约4%~5%;一次风机用风量降低5%,有助于减少NOx排放;氧含量的增加已经明显反映出对窑头煤粉燃烧及熟料煅烧情况的改善,尤其是当氧含量达26%以上时,煅烧情况改善更明显,缓解了使用劣质煤带来的煅烧不足,并有一定的提产效果,同时熟料强度也相应得以改善.
Experiments have proved that coal burning conditions at PC kiln outlet part will be improved when using rich-oxygen technology,which will result in reduction of coal consumption by 4%to 5%,reduction of air flow from primary fan by 5%,and it is also helpful to reduce NOx emission. Increase of oxygen content in processing gas have obviously caused improvement results for coal powder burning and clinker sintering conditions at kiln outlet part.Especially,when oxygen content reaches to higher than 26%,dramatic improvement will be occur to sintering conditions,for which insufficient sintering because of using faulty coal will be mitigated,certain output increase will be got,and the strength of clinker will be improved correspondently.
